Ruscom Maple Products is a small, family-run maple syrup operation located in the heart of Ontario's maple country. Every spring, we tap our trees and carefully harvest and process the sap into pure, all-natural maple products.
What started as a tradition passed down through generations has grown into a passion for sharing the best of what our land has to offer. We take pride in every bottle, every jar, and every package that leaves our property.

Our maple trees are irrigated by a slow-moving mass of water, the Ruscom River. No wonder their dripping sap is always so promising and so abundant.

Our winter adventure begins with the majestic maple trees at our farm, harnessing their rich sap to create something truly magical. The journey starts with tapping the welcoming trees to gather their precious sap. Following this, our evaporator steps in to boil the sap meticulously, while we supervise the process to ensure the production of superb, smooth, and rich maple syrup. This marks the beginning of our enchanting array of maple delights.
Notre aventure hivernale commence avec les majestueux érables de notre ferme, en exploitant leur sève riche pour créer quelque chose de véritablement magique. Le voyage débute par le perçage des arbres accueillants pour recueillir leur précieuse sève. Ensuite, notre évaporateur prend le relais pour bouillir la sève avec soin, tandis que nous supervisons le processus pour garantir la production d'un sirop d'érable superbe, onctueux et riche.
